About Me
With over 20 years of clinical experience as a classically trained homeopath and nutritionist, I have the professionalism, confidence, and skillset to offer effective solutions to your, or your family’s, health concerns.
In my early 20s, my world was rocked when a close friend died throwing me into a downward spiral of grief, self-doubt, and depression. I was placed on anti-depressants which were horrible, making me feel worse than ever. This is when I found homeopathy and it turned my life around. I instantly enrolled to study!
By 2001 I qualified as a homeopath from the Australian College of Natural Medicine (currently known as Endeavour College of Natural Health). During this time, I also travelled and had my children, gaining valuable insights into the power of homeopathy for dealing with pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and day-to-day health concerns of babies such as colic, teething, sleeplessness, tummy upsets, etc. My clinic became a hub for young families.
Practical Guidance
I quickly realised that there was a piece of the treatment puzzle missing, that I wanted to offer practical guidance for my client’s nutritional needs. I therefore upskilled to a Bachelor in Complementary Medicine from Charles Sturt University, to be followed by postgraduate studies in Human Nutrition at Deakin University, even gaining the Golden Key award for academic excellence.
